This system is a rule catalog management tool that maintains a structured index of rules defined in JSON files. It provides automated scripts to synchronize the catalog's metadata, update documentation, and manage deprecation statuses based on the presence of rule files.

Added two Dart scripts to automate maintenance of the rules catalog. The \check\_deprecated\_rules.dart\ script scans rule JSON files and automatically adds or removes the \deprecated\ flag based on their presence in \index.json\, committing changes via Git. The \update\_index.dart\ script regenerates \index.json\ by extracting metadata (name, version, native player status, anti-crawler settings, and last update timestamp) from active rule files, and simultaneously updates the rules table in \README.md\, committing the updates if changes are detected.
